This 279m2 space features hardwood floors, wall to ceiling glass windows, exposed rafters, festoon lightning, coastal chic furnishings, an opulent ladies’ powder room, a full service bar, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking panoramic ocean views and an external balcony.
