WHERE: 8 Wedding Venues all around the Tweed Coast, click here to register and receive the official event booklet that will tell you all about the venues and their locations.

WHO: Over 100+ local wedding suppliers will be showcasing their talents and creativity throughout the venues. Everyone from florists, photographers and make up artists to wedding websites, bridal accessories and pet minding! Check out who is where here.

COST: Absolutely free!

WHAT’S HAPPENING: As this is a self guided event, you can visit as many or as few venues as you like. But we suggest 3-4 venues to pretty manageable. On top of some amazing offers and discounts from venues and suppliers (the full list is in the booklet) there are some time sensitive activities happening you should be aware of:

– Tweed Eco Cruises are running three free river cruises starting at 10.30am, departing from the dock near Ancora. The cruise will take you out to secluded ceremony spots and secret photo locations!

– Oscar and Ivy Bridal will be launching their newest collection of wedding gowns at Osteria Weddings at 12pm. Book your seat here and receive a free glass of bubbles.

– Plus, Kingscliff beachfront venue Babalou will be doing an interactive styled photo shoot throughout the day.

THIS IS A COVID SAFE EVENT: While 2020 is behind us, unfortunately COVID is still a major consideration at events and the Trail will be no different. You will be required to check in at each venue you visit, via the Service NSW app. Save some time and download the app now. Please be mindful of physical distancing and BYO mask if you like.

DO I NEED A BORDER PASS? If you are from and returning to Queensland, you will need a border pass. Approval of your application can take a few hours, so best to submit your application now to ensure you are emailed your pass in time. Printing your pass will make the border crossing quicker but if you don’t have access to a printer you can just show the pass on your phone as you drive through.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT’S RAINING? No matter what the weather, we will be going ahead. Pack an umbrella in the car just in case!

ANYTHING ELSE TO DO ON THE DAY? Definitely! The Tweed Coast is full of things to see, epic cafes, restaurants and bars and of course beaches with beautiful lookouts. You can check out the Tweed Coast Guide for all the hot spots!
