The Pop Up Event Co. is a team of local collaborators who provide all-inclusive wedding and event packages that pop up anywhere! We literally do it all – pop up elopements, pop up wedding ceremonies, pop up wedding receptions, pop up proposals, pop up picnics, pop up parties, pop up styling & hire and pop up planning.

We work hand in hand with some of the best wedding venues in the area – from Byron Bay all the way to Gold Coast and Brisbane. If you have sourced your own venue or are having an event at home, on the beach, in a park or even at a community centre, we can pop up to you!

Director Bree Nicholls began wedding planning over 20 years ago, has a background in venue management and event management, and has grown her professional team from the ground up. Starting out as Gold Coast Pop Up Weddings in 2013, the brand has evolved to include a diverse number of services in a number of regions. Whether your Tweed Coast wedding is on the micro or macro side, we have the experience and know-how to make your special day shine. You can engage us to plan and manage your wedding in full, book a ready-made pop up wedding package or hand select any number of our services.

We’re also professional venue matchers and will help you find your perfect venue, providing free quotes and venue tours, totally obligation free.
