Kinfolk was born from a love of storytelling that’s both visually beautiful and rich with life.

We’re continually inspired by human connection, so for us, it’s an absolute dream to work in this industry. Weddings are so full of genuine emotion!

Our wedding films are an mix of documentary storytelling and cinematic visuals, and we approach photography as if we’re floating around freezing frames of memories. We give direction when needed, but know when to step back and let things unfold. Working like this means you’re left with natural looking visuals that perfectly capture the essence of your day and who you are as a couple.

Whilst we offer photography and videography packages individually, creatively we bring out the best in each other working side by side. Our all-inclusive wedding photo and video packages are the best way to comprehensively capture your day. We work together as a dynamic-duo, typically with Dan on the video and Ellie on the photo. We’re continually bouncing ideas off each other, getting our creative juices flowing, and working around one another seamlessly.

We’re based in Northern NSW and absolutely love the Tweed wedding scene. This region is blessed with so many wonderful venues and suppliers, and we’re delighted to be working amongst them.
