My name is Emily, 

I founded emilyybakes with the goal of creating delicious celebration cakes that everyone can enjoy, regardless of dietary restrictions. As someone who is coeliac, I grew frustrated with constantly missing out on treats like cakes and cupcakes, or settling for options that didn’t quite compare to what others were enjoying.

That’s when I decided to create cakes that are not only gluten-free but also incredibly tasty. My mission is for people to enjoy my cakes simply because they are delicious—with the added benefit they are gluten-free.

I offer a variety of cake flavors, including vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, lemon, coconut, and caramel (yes, they’re as amazing as they sound!). 

I specialise in buttercream cakes and cupcakes, with a range of decorative options such as sprinkles, fresh flowers, and other custom decorations to suit your cake design.

Whether it’s for a wedding, engagement, or any other special occasion, I’m here to create beautiful masterpieces that not only look stunning but also taste incredible.
