Originally purchased by Robert and Valorie Brinsmead in 1972, Tropical Fruit World began its journey as a humble small crop farm, tucked away in the breathtaking vistas of the Tweed Valley. 

Not just an exotic fruit plantation, Tropical Fruit World is also home to signature wedding venue, Plantation House. Initially built as a fine dining restaurant in the 80’s, the venue has recently undergone extensive renovations to elevate its status as one of the region’s best, with panoramic views, sprawling lawns and multipurpose event spaces providing a dreamy backdrop for unforgettable weddings in the Tweed Valley.
