Olivia + Ryland :: Dream Bramblewood Estate Wedding

For this local couple their day was like nothing they could have ever imagined! They were fortunate enough to have won a “25 days of Christmas” instagram competition which was worth 25 thousand dollars! Featuring some of Tweed Coast Weddings’ finest suppliers – this luxurious yet relaxed bohemian style wedding oozed class and by the looks of the photos, care of Kirk Willcox Photography, it was one of the more fun weddings there has been.

ABOUT THE DAY //
“Where do we start?

We had absolutely all the bells and whistles which came along with “THE DREAM TEAM”; we had the gang of all gangs; the creme de la creme if you live on the Gold Coast you will be needing quite a number of our contacts.
Our day wasn’t exactly about being prim and proper. We were there to have the party of the year especially after the wrath of covid, and having to postpone our wedding the first time, we meant business.

For myself my day started off at halcyon house drinking champagne with my favourite women and my husband scotch on the rocks with his boys which soon led to walking down the isle, locking eyes with my one and only (a once and a lifetime moment you will have forever.) Then the party started, have you ever had a night out with your friends where your face hurts from smiling and your abs hurt from laughing, well our wedding was that night + more! The only thing a wedding truly needs is a dance floor that nobody wants to get off and sure enough we ticked that box.
When it was time to leave the crowd kept chanting ONE MORE SONG, ONE MORE SONG, after 6 last songs our night was over, soon to be a memory that our friends and family will forever have and one the we will forever cherish.

Still to this day we have guest that say to us “your wedding was our favourite”.

We left the whole day in the hands of the one and only Ngaire Hogan from Event Stylist and Co, she is the best in the business and we trusted her vision.

FIRST DANCE SONG //
John Vincent III – Next to you
My husband and I choose this song while drinking red wine at home in our lounge room, it is exactly the way we feel about each other, it still brings tears to my eyes every time I hear it.

FAVOURITE MOMENT //
Bride – Seeing my husband at the end of the isle, the most incredible feeling.
Groom – Standing at the end of the isle and watching my future wife walk down. A remarkable feeling.

Let go on the day, it’s too late to change anything so go with the flow because the little things don’t matter, your people are here to see your smile, so make it a big one!
