Kimberley + Blake : Magical Mavis’s Kitchen Wedding

High in the Tweed Hinterland, sits Mavis’s Kitchen. The place itself is pretty magical as is, with the picturesque Mt Warning backdrop and those moody, fresh air Hinterland feels, but add a Made with Love Bride and a dapper Groom, the true magic is revealed.

When we asked beautiful Bride Kimberley about her wedding day, that was her very first thought. “It was magical! Could not have had a better day the weather was perfect and we got to celebrate love with our closest friends and family.”

Kimberley and Blake didn’t go overboard with a strict style or too much theming, instead, their brief was simply for their guests to relax and mingle “we wanted a flowing ceremony and reception. It was all open plan, no seating plans. Everyone could sit with whoever they wanted and wherever they wanted. From the lounges, bar tables or actual feasting tables. No style as such just everything we love!”

Kimberley’s advice for Brides-to-be was simple: “Don’t stress!!!! You get to marry your best friend today!”
