Jess + Kurt :: Festivities at Fins Plantation House

Jess and Kurt’s wedding at our beautiful venue, Fins at Plantation House, last year in March, was absolutely gorgeous and we have been so excited to share this one with you.

Jess and Kurt started the day with their ceremony, which was at a local Church, here on the Tweed!

After a lot of laughs, some wedding vows, a few tears and parade of hugs the wedding moved out to Fins at Plantation House, for the reception of any Brides dreams!

The indoor reception area at Fins is so versatile to suit all your reception needs and it’s safe to say that the reception styling for this wedding, in particular, was styled to high perfection! We are in love with the contrast between the delicate black of the chairs and the bright whites and pinks of the florals and the table scape. It was soft and delicate but also emitted a sense of French, barn-like ambience that we just couldn’t get enough of.

Whilst the rest of the crew had some arrival drinks, it was time for the wedding party to go to the famous cactus garden that you just can’t go past for a photo opportunity at the Plantation House. One of the things we love about this venue is that you have so many on-site locations for all your wedding photos and every single one has it’s own unique look that we all adore here at Tweed Coast Weddings.

After some beautiful shots in the cactus garden, Jess and Kurt headed over to the amazing look out across the road from the Plantation House. This look out boasts the serenity of the Tweed with luscious cane fields and rolling mountains and is perfect for any Bride and Groom portrait.

We loved this wedding and we hope you do too! Keep scrolling to view the entire gallery and to get all the inspiration for your wedding!
