Grace + Stephen :: Midsummer Lovers at Summergrove Estate

When we received the photo gallery for Grace + Stephen’s midsummer wedding at Summergrove Estate, the terracotta tones immediately caught our eye and we knew we had to share!  Their special day was filled with love and happiness and was captured so beautifully by Nathan Lapham.

Ivy & Bleu Events did an amazing job creating Grace’s vision of warm terracotta tones with the arbour, dried floral arrangements, and table settings. Even subtle details of an arched theme, aligning so well with the architectural arches of the Summergrove chapel, is scattered throughout the wedding from the arbour that framed the ceremony and cake, designed by Milk & Honey and made by The Cake That Ate Paris, down to the seating chart, welcome signs and the place cards at the reception.

Grace and Stephen had their elegant and sophisticated ceremony in the Summergrove chapel overlooking the lush hinterlands of the Tweed Valley. They then made a memorable entrance as newly weds by dancing their way into the reception joining their guests in the Summergrove barn beautifully decorated by Ivy & Bleu Events.

The couple shared their romantic first dance in front of family and friends outside the barn lit by stringed festoon lights and sparklers. The party continued through the night with everyone singing and dancing the night away!
