For Chelsea + Kane their vision for their wedding day was really clear.

“Our wedding mantra was always – to have a memorable celebration with our nearest and dearest – we wanted to make sure everyone enjoyed themselves.”

At TCW, we love hearing the absolute joy and happiness in a bride’s voice when they talk about their wedding day, and Chelsea was no different,  “we couldn’t have been happier with EVERYTHING! From the perfect weather, beautiful flowers, relaxed vibes and fantastic company, we will always hold this day so dear to us.”

Styling a wedding venue can be tricky, but in Chelsea’s case, simplicity was key.

“We knew we wanted elegant simplicity. We didn’t want to over clutter the ceremony location or reception venue as both were sensational on their own. We knew we wanted a wedding that wasn’t ‘on trend’ but that was timeless and that in 30 years time would still be beautiful. Babalou has such an open rustic ‘wow factor’ feel when you walk into the room so we felt the addition of amazing smelling roses on the tables would help keep it simple yet appealing.”

We asked Chelsea what her number one tip would be for other brides to be, and she offered some great advice, “stick with your initial instincts on wedding planning decisions. If you know a colour, look, feel you want, don’t over think or Pinterest search for it! Trust yourself!”

Sound advice if you ask us!
